Our 1st grade teachers hosted 'Scavenger Hunt'!
Apparently Sr. Ledesma had stolen Dr. Vik's beloved cheesehead sombrero and the students were charged with the task of finding it! They were successful and the sombrero has been returned to our GB Packer-Loving principal!
A huge thank you to the VanRoekel family for bringing in this fun treat for all of us. The ice cream was delicious. We feel very much appreciated!!

We are excited to share that one of our teachers, Sra. Langle, will be exhibiting her art collection at the Sioux Falls Downtown Library throughout April and May. She would like to invite all SSE families to her Opening Reception on Sunday, April 23rd from 3:00-5:00 pm. Sra. Langle will talk about her art process at 4:00 pm.
We hope you are all able to visit the Downtown Library to view her beautiful collection!

Our wonderful volunteer Karen Theel, brought us so many delicious treats today. Karen volunteers in our lunch room many times a week and we absolutely love her! We appreciated the treats and the sweet note she left for us!

The School Board has voted to move the last day of student classes to Friday, May 26, 2023 - requiring students to make up two of the five days missed due to weather. Staff will report through Friday, June 2, 2023.
